How to get there: By car, drivers take highway 191 to the Welcome Center. The canyon walls and the original natural landscapes have been preserved throughout the five thousand years of different tribes living in this area. What can be accessed though is truly breathtaking. The rest of the canyon can be accessed by visitors if accompanied by a park ranger or an authorized Navajo guide. The only area that is accessible by visitors is the White House Ruin Trail. The Tseyi area is entirely owned by the Navajo Tribal Trust with about forty families living within the park.
